THE FATMA AND AMARTHA SUITES JAKARTA
The Fatma and Amartha Suites are located in a flourishing area in Jakarta. The primary concept for the design of the two 15 storey, 19.694 sqm residential highrises is a multi-dimensional architectural response to the shrinking green natural landscape of Jakarta. Therefore the design of the facades focuses on the replacing of lost natural ground by providing a new unique green identity to the two buildings. At the same time the articulation of green frames around the architecture reduces the solar load through shading, improves the air quality by CO2 reduction, provides insulation, and improves the thermal performance of the buildings.
